Client Onboarding Process

As a partner, you can track your referral’s progress during every stage of our straightforward onboarding process 

Referral Contact

We contact the referral to understand how Vivup’s Employee Wellbeing and benefits Solution can help. A credit check will be required  

Contracting

Once your referral is happy with Vivup’s bespoke offer and solution, a contract will be prepared and submitted  

Onboarding

Contracts are signed and Vivup will introduce your client to their dedicated Account Manager  

Launch

Your client’s bespoke Vivup Employee Benefits and Wellbeing platform launches and their employees can access all services. You will then receive regular MI report
